  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, applesauce, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.

  6. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
