Chicken Tenders

Crispy and juicy chicken tenders perfect for a quick and satisfying meal, enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-dip the tenders by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps before frying.
