Baked Swordfish

This Baked Swordfish recipe features tender, juicy fish fillets baked to perfection with a flavorful herb and lemon marinade, perfect for a healthy and satisfying dinner.

  • 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place swordfish steaks in a baking dish and brush both sides with the marinade.
  4. Let the fish marinate for 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
