Warm baked Brie with garlic and herbs

Creamy baked brie infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect as a savory appetizer or elegant snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette slices or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with baguette slices or crackers.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle honey or sprinkle toasted nuts on top before serving.
