These Bacon Jalapeño Cream Cheese Balls are the perfect party appetizer! Creamy, spicy, and smoky, they’re incredibly easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Crackers or pretzels, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.
  4. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers or pretzels, or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
